Morgan is an artist and photographer based in Geneva (CH). Beginning with documentary photography, Morgan has evolved into a practice that plays with the codes of applied photography, reinventing them through a mix of flash, long exposure, gelatin, and staged imagery. Their work explores contemporary affects and sensitive experiences, engaging with intimate, poetic narratives centered on real-life protagonists. Over time, their practice has expanded into a multidisciplinary approach, incorporating writing, sculpture, and performance, while continuing to challenge traditional photographic forms. Their narratives often unfold in dramatic landscapes, sunsets, mountains, skies, and oceans, enhanced by subdued colors and light, acting as recurring motifs that guide their visual exploration.
